Fix your diet, bro.
As we age, we lose the ability to tolerate carbs, much like we lose the ability to handle alcohol.
Look around you. How many people your age are healthy weight? How many are actually in shape?
Avoiding sugar, carbs, and seed oils makes you into the human being you should be. It's really not that hard and it gives you the superpower of looking younger. Much younger, and most of the aches and pains in addition to chronic illnesses we're told to expect as we age also go away.
The species appropriate diet for homo sapiens does not include bread or sugar.
Carbs are not a required nutrient. Protein and fat are and you will die without them.
Try 30 days meat only and see how you feel. It won't kill you. Be sure to take a picture of yourself on day 1 and day 30. Then compare.
You will love the results and the ensuing simplification of your life.
Women will start checking you out again when you don;t look low T, puffy and old.
In fact, women in the 20-30 age range react favorably to physical signs of masculinity, such as leanness, muscularity, and confidence because those things are so rare among the males of their generation.
Want to be your best most handome self, and be among the top 5% of SMV men in your community?
Give up the shite food, and do some damned strength training, either body weight or iron -- doesn't matter.

Which guy do you want to be?
Leo D. has totally let himself go. He has so much money and fame that his physicality doesn't matter. He is banging OT9s every damned day.
If you're like Leo, then party on.

Yup. It's called taking care of yourself. Keep the damn weight off and stay in shape. You will find there are plenty of women in their early 30's and sometimes late 20's who don't care about age.

or is this the reason for plastic surgery?
Think Burt Reynolds pre-and-post plastic surgery.

OP, stop drinking, eat a little healthier, and workout a little and your face will return to form.
