Why does south Louisiana struggle with this crazy thing that other states have called “infrastructure” ?? Haha and they wonder why so many people with opportunities elsewhere are leaving the state..

So today we had a tractor hit a propane pipeline and close Hwy 90 and a downed power line close I-10. Can a baw just get from Lafayette to New Orleans? My helicopter is in the shop.
