Honest answer if you work for something like a Fortune 500 that takes HR very seriously you anonymously report the issue. Its 2 v 1 here and chances are one of them will freak out and try to screw you over.
If its a small or laid back company, I think you bring it up off the clock with one of them that is most laid back and tell them that you won't say anything but they need to cut it out.
Were they working after hours? Does that even matter? I mean obviously in the company office is a no no.
