Oh wow...I saw the smoke from that on the detour. Didn't think it had to do with the closure because it seemed to be just as close to the detour as the highway. But I guess the chemicals or whatever it is was blowing towards the highway

I've got no clue how this isn't a massive fire. That's all ethane, propane, butanes, and natural gas, yet no fire?? What am I missing? Surely there is an ignition source in there.
