I was using the dictation and trying for “hire” not “higher”.

It's so they can make intelligent conversation with their rich, well educated clients.
And I think it is more about just that they guys running the hedge fund went to those schools, so they hire from there.
Places like Williams college also produce humanities grads that end up in high level finance.

What did his fiancee do?
Fixed.
I can't imagine any woman tolerating this guy.

I hear it’s easy for white people to get accepted to Howard medical school and dental school. Is this true? Looking for a mid career change.
Thanks for letting me know what doctors to avoid. Granted there aren’t many medical schools at HBCUs.

Wrong. Harvard grads get jobs on Wall Street regardless of major.
I would say you are giving exceptions. Generally the exception proves the rule. I understand you used Harvard (in response to the previous post) which is not a typical school. You are giving extreme examples to prove your point. Fair enough does a big fat guy end up with a 8,9, or 10 as a wife? Yes it happens but generally not the majority of the the time. Maybe he is rich, famous, or both. Generally Wall Street is not looking all over the country for gender studies majors.
