The US would still exist. The Nazis and Japanese would have stopped once they won the oil fields of the Middle East and subjugated the UK and Russia. They would have had a negotiated peace to end the war before they reached the western hemisphere. The US wouldn't have been a superpower after the war.
I think it is a bit foolhardy to think that the Germans and Japanese would have conquered the entire world.

The scenario is so unlikely, it's difficult to even picture it.
The Axis were doomed to lose from the very start. There's just no way those two countries could have pulled off a defeat-and-occupy of the United States and the Soviet Union.
Here's the only scenario I see happening, for an Axis "victory."
Hitler and Russia never go to war. Hitler dominates Western Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Britain is unable to make headway on taking the continent back. The United States does not get involved because Japan, smartly, never attacks them. Hitler then engages in his ethnic cleansing and race-building internal strategies with plenty of resources to defend his territories, without being overextended.
In the Pacific, Japan satisfies itself with early gains on the Asian mainland and very slowly expands over several decades, maintaining good relations and profitable trade with the United States.
There is literally no way to occupy the continental United States. Any scenario that involves that is fantasy.
The only way the Axis stands a chance at winning is through their weakest ability: diplomacy.

Muslims wouldn't be taking over Western Europe, and Eastern Europe would not have been turned over to the wolf known as communism.
