That BR has such horrible drivers is not surprising.
If you post up a YT of an accident, 99% of BR and LA drivers will argue about who is "in the right" rather than how to avoid the accident.
They fail to understand that good drivers avoid the accident in the first place.

Yep. An accident can happen at anytime and sometimes it is impossible to avoid. However, if you paying attention, you can really make sure that you are in a position to avoid trouble.
In general, all US drivers suck.
