Found this out the hard way once. Somehow one if my tires got sliced on the machinery. Went talk to manager, he thought I was lying. He pulled up video of me driving in and going through the parking lot, tire not deflated at all, all the way up until I enter the wash. Come out of the wash and my tire looks a little low.. by the time I get to the exit driveway, I'm on a rim. Still refused to reimburse me for a tire. Asshat. Not enough money to pursue legal action, but also from a customer service standpoint he should've agreed to reimburse, imo.
