How much trouble would you'd been in if "Find My Phone" existed then?

My oldest just started high school, 14 years old, and we have given her a little freedom. We allow her to go to the games, etc, but I do have "Find My iPhone", so I can see where she's located.
I would have been in massive shite if that existed in the 80's. I'm walking down Bourbon St at 15 years old with a couple friends, instead of tubing down some shitty river. Being in bars at 16, etc.
Remember, driving age was 15 then and drinking age was 18.

I would just go park a car at the church or library and leave our phones in there and proceed to said debauchery
That'll show those nosy parents!

The "find iphone" app is an incredible tool for parents....one of the most important technologies ever for parents to utilize.

I know she does, she knows a ton more than I do on how to work iPhones. She knows I track her. She knows she better answer any texts or calls we send.
She actually is a very good kid, we are just getting her to understand responsibility.
Now my 12 year old daughter, she will be the problem child in 2-3 years. She will be the reason I will need to change my house alarm passcode every other night.

My wife and I joke that our oldest will be in her room, smoking dope and trying to save the whales. Our youngest will be snorting coke and sneaking out the window.

Some of the worst kids are usually the preacher's kids.
