Been about 6 yrs ago but I paid 150 bucks to get a tiger tudor fixed with new sapphire crystal, which is probably what your Baume has. I would think 250 ballpark should be about right.

Had the crystal on my Rolex replaced last year...not a baller anymore (see ex wife/crack dealer) so I went with generic replacement...$130 and I couldn't tell any difference..fwiw
