Let them put a lien on your house. When you go to move sue them.
You will lose, but it will deplete the HOA funds to hire a lawyer. The rest of the hood will get pissed at throwing the money away.
Or run for HOA president and abolish the board and do some shady insider accounting.

Monthly HOA fee is tip enough.
Once had a HOA BBQ. Was mingling a bit with the idiots that lived near me, some guy came up and said he was the 'Neighborhood Watch President' talking about how I should join and I just needed to shite that shite down with the quickness.
