I rarely drink after work. However, my dad (61 years old) drinks around 8 every night after work. He then kills anywhere from 12-24 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He is healthy as can be somehow.

Buddy of mine drinks prob 12-18 every weekday. Prob 30 or more on weekends starting at 8am or whenever his tee time is. He is 6 foot prob 185 and 50 years old. Very good health.

I used to drink at least half case and a few shots daily( often a lot more than that) for many years, every year my physical and blood work is perfect. I'm 6 foot 190 and look at least 5 years younger than my age. It's genetics, you have good genetics or you don't.

I drank 6 Heineken's, 2 beam's, 2 red label's, and about 6-7 fireballs last night. That's an atypical Tuesday for me though.

Today I saw my old boss. He is retired now, but when I worked with him, he had a set schedule. He would leave work at 3:55 every day so he could be at the bar at 4. From 4PM-4:55PM he would drink with the boys, get home at 5PM, in the 5 oclock hr he would shower, eat supper then shift from beer to wine. During the summer he and his wife will sit outside and drink until 6PM. At 6PM he would watch the news then go to sleep at 6:30PM every night.
