re: How much do waitresses at Walk-Ons make on average hourly with tips?

I waited tables/bartended while in school 5 yrs at a pretty well know BR joint. My last 2.5 years were my best years as I only bartended and just waited tables when I wanted extra cash.

I averaged 150-200 a night, about 30% of that was cash. My 2 week pay Was around 2k, again 30ish% of that was untaxed cash. I usually worked 40-50 hrs/week to make that happen. I knew a lot of walk-ons girls, they made similar money, but only worked about half the hours.

They also made about half their income during football season. It wasn't rare for some of their bartenders to clear 1000 dollars on game nights.
