160 hours. No carry over. I can sell back to the company if I choose to... lol
I work a 9/80.
8 paid holidays. 3 floating holidays.
3 days of charitable leave.
Sick time/personal days are not PTO and not tracked.
I also have remote work flexibility.
Great paternity leave too.
As I write this, I realize I am pretty blessed.

Unlimited PTO. It's very nice. Really worked out for me this year as almost every single friend of mine decided to get married this year. I'm off almost every Friday with no one telling me anything.

I'd bet a lot of people take less than they otherwise would have because they don't want to be seen as abusing it.
