I feel I have the hardest time getting my arms and traps to grow. My chest will get super strong, but it's tough to grow too. Are you saying do my db flys on a incline too? I really like cable and machine flys too. I also like doing dibs and db pullovers to try and hit my lower chest, but I've slacked off going the last month. I'm starting back hard this week though.
Oh and the old lady would kill me if she knew I posted that much.

My upper chest was a bitch...I don't workout much anymore either. Flys stretch your chest laterally...pullovers vertically. Of course, presses pop it out and incline hits the upper along with your front delta. Stay away from barbells...dumbbells will have you much stronger and even. It's also better for your shoulders. Cable flys are good...do it last..you can also do incline cable flys. The rest of your chest is just right and so are your arms. decline exercises are basically a waste of time in your case. I mean...who gives a shite if your chest is functional...you just want it to look good lol...
To kill your traps...get in a rack and set the pins so you are bending over partially and do partial dead lifts and really pull your shoulder blades together on the upswing. They'll blow up

I never do decline, but throw in dips and pullovers to help my lower chest. Like you said I'm never going to try and be a power lifter or anything I just want to look good. I might step away from the barbell and start doing more dumbbell. Oh and I've never done traps like that, I usually do dumbbell or smith machine. I'll give it a shot, thanks.
