In response to half the guys here not being able to spring into action…. Barry Bonds was hitting home runs before he went into the lab and stepped his game up to the next level….. necessary,no. Next level, yes

Get a blood test to check your Vit. D level. I guarantee most men with ED have either a D deficiency (below 30ng/ml) or levels that are insufficiently low (39-30ng/ml). Optimal D is btwn 40-60ng/ml.

"When your body does not have enough vitamin D, your blood vessels will likely suffer. Vitamin D helps to keep your arteries and blood vessels loose enough and relaxed enough to support proper blood flow. Thus, when vitamin D levels are low, your veins will struggle to do their job properly, and vein issues will arise."
