John Lennon and Yoko Ono once jammed with Frank Zappa for several songs, with Yoko doing her usual screeching.
It inspired Zappa to include some of her vocals on:

The video is a nice touch.
I don't give a dam about her role in the Beatles breakup, her vocals are just hideous.
