Order was spot on. I did have to pull up though.

Only complaint was my large sweet tea had about 6 ice cubes in it. So I had warm tea until I got home.

A plus is I’m still alive this morning.

Question to the medical, health, and scientific community...if you consume too much food does the body metabolize the entire food load or does some of it pass through you?

If it does, could that mean counting calories is really not an effective way to measure food intake because you will just shite out the excess your body doesn’t metabolize.
