Exactly, and that's why the precedent set so early and the exaggeration and fear mongering that went with it will now be a problem from here on.
If it saves just one life is so unrealistic yet it has become the mantra for many and an issue for society.

I mean I literally came down with a positive flu test the only 2 years I took the flu vaccine. The other years my employer didn’t offer it I didn’t take it and I never got the flu. It’s not that effective in my case.

Technically the vaccine merely prevents symptoms. No COVID vaccine has shown to limit infection or spread.
