i don’t care. they are here illegally, they already committed a crime by crossing the border. send them all back. you cannot convince me or prove to me, doing so will hurt our economy in any substantial way.

sorry if this hurts your feelings.

we spend billions every year on supporting them, show me how that is being offset by their contributions to our economy. you won’t.

estimates i can find, show we spent $150 billion last year on illegal immigrants. You believe they contribute more than that back into our economy?

I hate to break it to you, but if Trump does what he’s been saying he’s going to do, prices are going to go up again. You don’t just put chunky tariffs on all our trading partners and increase the deficit and not have more inflation

They sure ain’t dropping. Unless you wanna make less money Prices don’t go down unless there’s a sudden supply glut (think back to that day during spring of 2020 when crude oil briefly went to zero) or systemic deflation. We’re in the new normal baby, just hope it doesn’t get worse

They do the jobs the white or black man won't do. Now, I'm all for getting all the criminals the hell outta here but our economy would crash if you took all of them out.

prove it. show me the study that says it would crash our economy. you’re just running your mouth and your butt buddy NalwinsTiger9 is here to back you up by providing even less to the conversation.

sending them all home would hurt our economy to the effect of greater than $150 billion/year? no.

Mass deportation is clearly inflationary because you’re kicking out the cheapest labor and backfilling labor shortages with expensive native labor. In that case the inflation comes from labor being more fairly compensated, so you could certainly argue it’s worth the price (better that we all pay a little more to ensure the workers aren’t being paid slave wages), but there’s obviously a tradeoff here.

Who do you think is maintaining the estates of your heros? Who do you think is handling the agriculture in California for peasant wages?

I wonder how some of you manage to walk and not forget to breathe at the same time.

Who do you think is going to do all the dirty, miserable farm work if they're gone? You think some white boys from the suburbs are gonna line up to pick crops in the sun for 12 hours a day for peanuts?

You'd think that could be understood with just the tiniest but of common sense. But you'd be wrong.

you know what’s also inflationary?

shutting down our economy for a glorified flu. importing 15 million illegal immigrants. and sending billions to Ukraine and Israel. but yeah… yall all sweating what’ll happen to our economy if we mass deport illegal immigrants who don’t pay taxes and are on government assistance. convenient.

Another explanation is you don't appear intelligent enough to warrant a discussion.

Early, you didn’t even have a retirement account until you hit 45 years old. We all saw you crying about it on the Money Talk board. it’s almost too cringe to use as an insult.

You can't explain something logically to someone who is dumb enough to believe that economic problems will magically be solved if we just deport 15 million people. It's practically a religion with them.
