I'm sure there is something in the terms of agreement that says you play at your own risk.

They've been going into my company's hospitals. Our execs had to get the game to make them go away. We got a company wide email about it

Grown arse men and women, who are not patients or relatives of patients, were walking around the hallways of an already busy place.

Pitiful.

Pokemon GO is almost without question the best worst idea of all time. Yes, with a world of responsible adults, the concept is awesome. But with irresponsible idiots and children who don't know what the frick they're doing, then people are going to get killed thanks to this game. I really don't know how long it can actually last due to this.
