Maybe some geographically distributed Super Max prisons like that horrible gang prison in El Sal to punish and hold them until they are deported. frick the gangsters, traffickers and drug smugglers.

Is there NOT some kind of metropolitan crime comm. that would tabulate and report judicial/prosecutors office with blatant decisions ? HOW is the voting public know who to vote for IF their records/judgements are not divulged ? Something just seems way off with our justice system...can the local media not spearhead something like this ?
