It's happened to me over the years by different races, I just smile since at the time I'm doing the same thing they are. I think once someone sees you'll do the job if needed it becomes a moot issue.

We have a guy black guy that dose this all the time. It use to make me kind of laugh but sometimes felt weird too.

I've got 20 guys that work for me,the oldest guy we have is a black man and he calls me bossman every time we talk. Pretty sure he is the only one that uses it the younger guys say boss most of the guys my age just use my name.
