You turn off the TV, don't look at news websites and get off social media. Thant's how you stop it. You only see this kind of chaos and division on a screen (TV/phone/computer). Everyone is addicted to it and the media just feeds that addiction. Go live your life. I promise you the world is not as divided as the media tells you it is.
