How do employers handle the day light savings shift?

We got paid a normal 12 hours tonight and got paid 1.5 times OT rate for the extra hour we had to work.

I just took a shite for two hours to offset the time. frick the man.

If you work 13 you get OT for the extra hour. If you work 11 you get paid for 11.
