Wrong on every count save the money being budgeted and spent. Did you know we collected over $80B in tariffs on Chinese goods over the span of the $28B farmer bailout? Seems to me that our P was bigger than our L, but what would I know justing being a former F500 SVP and serial entrepreneur?

Not only have I run businesses, I have run one that was directly impacted by tariffs. You failed to address even a single aspect of my argument except the portion that rustled your little personal jimmies. Standard emotional response from the gullible.
