15 years ago High Point was basically a community college. They hired a president that is a master marketer. He sales the school on it’s amenities and it being gated from the outside. You can live a life of luxury as a student at High Point way cheaper than you could living as a struggling student going to school in the North East. The president puts his name on all the buildings.
