Kid's football game at Dunham got delayed and (apparently) cancelled due to weather. "Apparently" because he's in the band and on the bus heading home at this point. We can't get a straight answer via text about whether the game is still going to be played.
Had a long lightning delay which pushed back the start time at least.

I was in downtown thib. Nary a drop. The line split up right before it hit. Looks like paincourville and St. Charles\Raceland got pasted.

ole Evangeline Parish caught hell, shingles everywhere, trees down, crops flat in areas, it was interesting to say the least

We always had a houseboat at either Last Island or Timbalier from my childhood to my thirties. Spent most of my summers on or around those islands.
