Can somebody point me in the right direction to contact somebody locally about getting a tethered hot air balloon for a fundraising event?

Be careful getting involved with balloon people. There are some real freaks out there.

Go to "www.google.com" and type in "hot air balloon rides in Baton Rouge" in the search field. That website will automatically, and really fast, search around the internet for any information related to that subject and then report it back to you.
