Easily 200k+, my brother's 20 year old accord at the time had close to 300k and was only tuned up twice, never had any major issue needing to be fixed.
Currently at 180k on mine now, tuned it up at 100k. Probably need new shock/struts at this point, but I'm pushing it to 200k and getting a new car anyway. I can survive.

mine is a 2012 v6
had to deal with check engine/oil lights twice before 105k.
looking at changing timing belt/water pump (kit) in the next month or so.
do it or wait for 125k??
