Apparently neither can you. You think some BS white washed
statistic erases the deplorable shite hole that is Baton Rouge?

We don't live in statistics, we live in real life and that reality is that BR is crap. Gang activity since Katrina is through the roof, Abandon businesses and building are everywhere. Yes new building is happening, but that is on the surface, at the core Baton Rouge is still rotting away.

You're right, we shouldn't use statistics. We should just stick to emotion.

Yeah Uptown. Maybe you could pop a Xanax and come check it out one day, if the fear would allow it.

That sounds good and all but:

1) a decade ago is comparing it to the immediate influx of criminals from Katrina. Not exactly a fair statement

And

2) Id like to see less robberies occurring close and closer to campus with less LSU "leadership" dancing around the problem out of carwardice

BR residents still harping on the 'Katrina refugees' as even a fraction of their crime problem?

It's where the homicides are happening.

Shooting cops on Airline and at the Palace on O'Neal isn't exactly bad parts of town.

Well, they aren't great parts of town either.

Does your small lot in Uptown have a gushing fire hydrant that the city has temporarily remedied with a traffic cone for two weeks?

Hey, on the bright side, MSY got a couple of transatlantic flights for 6 months out of the year... NOLA is clearly on the rise!
