THIS! AHS is great. They dropped $4500 in a pool and it cost me 75 bucks. Own 3 homes in 2 states and they have gave me great service over the years.

Another thumbs up for American Home Shield. I bought an older home and figured if I was going to gamble with dated AC units and plumbing I might as well get a home warranty. Well in 15 years I have had to replace 2 AC units and 2 hot water heaters. They might not put in top of the line stuff but they also haven't went in dry either on me on repairs and the techs are all local and been very decent contractors. Would highly recommend.

Wait till they send Sears out one day to repair an appliance. Talk about a hoot. its like watching paint dry trying to get things fixed.

Filter system and the motor. They replaced the entire thing. It has been about 6 years now. But they did great work and all it cost was my deductible, 75.
