American society is devolving. We have a growing percentage of our population that wants to live in third world conditions. Going to Walmart is like taking a vacation to Venezuela.

There is a walmart here about a half a mile from the causeway of treasure island. it is nothing like you described. It is very clean and nice full of tourists buying boogie boards and fishing licenses.
