Got a set of gear wrenches from there about 5 years ago and they still work great. Screwdriver sets are cheap and have lasted also.
Now I wouldn't buy power tools there, no but most of their hand tools are pretty durable especially for the price

I also asked my wife's grandfather about a sawzall before I bought. He said go to HF and run it until it breaks and then go get another one. He has a bunch of property that he manages. Buys old trailers and fixes them up the rents them out. He says some may last 3 months, some may last 6 years. But for $25 or so each he doesn't care.

I bought a tile cutter and electric hand sander (Chicago) that was way better than Black and Decker from Home Depot. So it can be good

Bought some Chinese clamps and an air hose and got a free flashlight and tape measure
