Yeah, it does. And I think they rigged the acoustics of the head of the bull so that the victim's screams would sound like a bull roaring. And the smoke from the guy burning would come out of the bull's nostrils.
All the heat/burning methods must have been horribly painful, but I think the methods where they tried to keep the victim alive for days or even weeks were even worse.
