Daladier from France. He may as well have stayed home for all the good he did at that conference.

Me too. I don't see him in the picture and I don't believe the Soviets had anyone present at the meeting that resulted in the Munich Agreement.

What is this location famous for and what are the oddly-shaped structures in the foreground?

Poor wording on my part. He answered Molotov, which was incorrect.

He's not in the picture - that is Daladier between Chamberlain and Hitler.
This is Molotov (the Finns didn't/don't like him):

That's the Reich Chancellery (spelling?). The structure is part of the Fuhrer bunker which is buried beneath it. I think it had something to do with ventilation of the bunker.

Ah, gotcha.

You're on the right track Darth. What happened here of historical significance?
The block-shaped structure is the emergency exit from the Fuhrerbunker and the conical structure is for ventilation and was also a guard shack.

Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.
more info since I visited there. He's on all the money, like every denomination, his picture is in every home and place of business. He also latinized Turkey's alphabet, it used to be more like symbols of Arabic. He is credited with basically modernizing the country and making it what it is today, a secular first world country. Most people think it is third world for some reason too.

I think that's right. Ventilation for the bunker, or a generator for the bunker - something like that.

Well Hitler sent the final weeks of the War here and killed himself there as well.

What I was going for was that this is the place where Adolf & (the newly) Eva Hitler were cremated.
(according to some people)
Here's the site today (well, in 2005). I wonder how many people living in that apartment building know that it was where Hitler died and was cremated.

I believe that's the Berlin Zoo "flack tower".

Close enough. It's actually Flakturm 3 (the Zoo Bunker was Flakturm 1). The building was damaged in the war but what remains still stands today. Note the metal railings below were added later.

Isn't that a German AAA tower?
I'd guess Berlin for the location but maybe also an industrial complex somewhere in Germany.
