Hiring a private horse/mule carriage ride Uptown Nola. Possible?

Just trying the OT to see if anyone has had any success with something like this.

Our neighborhood friends are interested in hiring a horse or mule drawn carriage this Christmas season for the kids to ride around our immediate uptown area. Sort of like a local sleigh ride around neighborhood to look at lights and drink cocoa.

Has anyone heard of this before? Do you think the French quarter companies would entertain doing that? Just trying to decide on a starting point of who to ask.

We all agree it would be a great idea for our kids (all five and under), but not sure if there’s a company around here that would do that.

Any perspective or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
