Here's one for the OT - police shoot the wrong man, at wrong address.

And a guy does an open records request. Package is mailed, but held at the FedEx office. Guy goes to pick it up, and it's actively been opened and being redacted in front of him.
Police went to the wrong house, shot the wrong guy and are not complying with details of what happened.
