Looking for a stand for a 100lb heavy bag. Ive been reading reviews for a couple days now, and it seems as though every reasonably priced heavy bag stand has reviews on complete opposite ends of the spectrum. Some swear its the best product on earth, while others say how it is terribly made, cheap, it wobbles, etc. Its like that for every one i read up on. If any of you have personal experience with a heavy bag stand, i could use a few recommemdations.

I had a century bag stand and an everlast bag stand with a speed bag mount on the back. Have no complaints about either... Just get your hands on some weight plates to weigh it down and you shouldn't have wobbling issues.

Academy sells them.

A heavy bag stand is far more convenient than hanging the bag from a joist. But you do lose some mobility when working the bag. You can still kick the bag just have to be careful not to kick the stand. I got one from Academy a few years ago. Just have to weigh it down so it doesn't move.
