Anybody randomly get these in the summer? I had a pretty severe rash under my arms and around my waist last night and a heat rash is the only thing that seems to explain it. Never had one before, though, so I'm not sure.

My shins always itch in the Summer, which I assume is some sort of heat rash

Used to get them all the time but I was also covered in oil based mud and wearing frc onesies. The only quick fix i could find was to rub alcohol onit (burns like hell) and smother it in GoldBond.

I took Benadryl and steroids and was hoping I wasn't going to have to use one of my solid gold epi pens.
