Every couple weeks I get texts from my company’s CEO asking me to buy gift cards because he’s in a meeting. It happened so often that I took pictures of a card display at Walmart and the backs of some gift cards just so I could frick with them. I usually keep them going back and forth for an hour pretending to be a total idiot.

And, I actually had something similar (text) like this a couple of weeks ago. A New York number "mistakenly" sent me a text message that was intended for her business partner to see what time we were going to play tennis tomorrow. Fast forward, her business partner somehow lived in Houston. I lost the first set, but ended up winning the match

Wow
You’re almost as smart as the people that just automatically delete these texts.
Ya know, everyone under the age of 80, and half of those over.

That’s quite sad. Anybody can be a victim to this scam. I have read several articles about this rapid crypto investment scam. I always advice people to always check out reviews on any investment website on scam advisor or Trust pilot prior to investing. They offer unimaginable ROI within short period. Withdrawal are never possible and they’d keep asking for more deposits.
I know greed was a major factor to being scammed, the desire to make double profit over night.

I have read about some companies and experts that specialize cryptocurrency recovery. One should exercise caution and research their legitimacy before engaging them. I have read lots positive reviews about Brugetech….,com. They have helped lots of victims recover their stolen crypto. They are made up of top professionals who are swift and reliable

The only time I got conned out of my bitcoin was in 2014 when I was new to it crypto but I got my money back though using Spirassp. I was looking for ways and means to buy bitcoin after I read a lot about it but lost $2k to a dude bangladesh who claimed they had some btc and was ready to sell.It never happened again after more legitimate platforms came up. People need to be careful out there.

My 70s aged dad got scammed by something like this on Facebook recently. Thousands and thousands of dollars.

Keep an eye on boomers. They fall for this shite. Had to get police, fbi, and adult protective services involved.

Pisses me off and makes me sad at the same time.
