Used to pick up several up daily for a couple of years. Not in the US, though. Appreciative people and never had a single problem.

Some college bros picked up a scank. She gave the head as payment for the ride to Birmingham. After the last guy was finished, they stopped at the next exit, told her to grab some drinks, and left her arse. They were complaining because the last guy took so long, they had to drive longer than they wanted.

Yes. In the late '90s, Colorado. Had a buddy with me and we drive this guy from Wheatridge up Coal Creek Canyon. It was fine.
