Not really to be honest. Pretty much the only time I consume milk is occasionally when it's used in preparing a meal.

Don't eat a lot of cheese either. No ice cream.

My mother also has horrible allergies so I think it's just the pollen and whatever else. I've only lived in LA so when I'm in other places it's temporary but I really think whatever we have down here is worse on me.

Of course the day after I read this fricking thread I get a cold
