Have we as a society reduced our immune systems the past 2 months

Most people have been washing hands ever 20 minutes, Lysoling every surface and item that enters their homes. We as a society have greatly reduced our exposure to germs the past 2 months. Will this effect our immune systems?

I still do my usual routine. No mask, no gloves, casual washing.

I have been licking every toilet seat in sight in case I need to repopulate the world.
