Once or twice a week, I do or say something that makes me think, "Boy, do I feel/look stupid." It's good to know I'm not alone when it comes to things like this.

And just so you know we're not alone, several years back, a friend, in the midst of attaching a 2 x 4 to the exterior of his garage, managed to screw a bolt into the side of his chain saw engine.

Sometimes, the best outcome is to hope no one else saw or heard our mistake(s).
