Causeway cops aren't pulling you over doing 5 mph over. I drive it multiple times a week at 74 cruise and don't even touch the breaks when I pass them. I don't know what their minimum to pull you over is but they aren't a small town on I49.

I waved down a guy last month coming up the off ramp. He stopped and I told him he was going the wrong way and he just shoke his head and said thanks. And turned around

Unfortunately you are wrong.
Several years ago I got a ticket on the Causeway for doing 70mph. Jackass refused to show me his gun when I asked. Said it was a safety matter for the bridge to not show me the gun...some bullshite about it not being safe with me getting out of my car. We were stopped in a crossover.
