I was put on the pill at 14 due to really irregular periods(like not have one for 3 months and then have one for a month straight).

We should all be glad we don't have to deal with this guy IRL.

No way he's a functioning member of society.

So, what are you prescribed and why and has your copay gone up any this year?

I self-prescribe a caffeine elixir 3-5 days weekly for fatigue and to curb appetite. There's a ready-made version that's usually more expensive than if you bring home the raw materials and process it yourself. The cost hasn't really changed recently. Insurance won't cover it, though.

I'm having a hard time believing one dr prescribed this to him.

He said this was a hobby for him. He likely sees a few drs that prescribe him different meds without knowing about the others

Incorrect. It just my psychiatrist. She writes them all. I have a GP I go to also who writes actual medicine if that makes sense and the occasional Percocets lol.

Hey! Nice choice. I really like this medicine. I think if I had to pick three medicines, it would be Latuda, Adderall, and Lyrica.

She knows now, Paige. She found some of the pills. She just doesn't know how many pills I take. I told her "five".

Lamictal 200
Klonopin 1
Latuda 80
Lotrel 10/20

Copays thankfully hasn't gone up, especially on the Latuda. Without insurance that'd be a $650 rx every month.

Then you have a horrible doctor that would actually prescribe all that.

Your poor wife. You basically duped her into marrying you.

I've seen home med recs comparable to the OPs on multiple occassions. They definitely aren't the norm but it does happen. I will say that have ALL been for those with long-standing, chronic schizophrenia who are our "frequent fliers."

Prescribing such meds at double the recommended doses is another story though.
