Has anyone held an item for pickup at the Walmart on Tchoup?

Every time I reserve something it's canceled a few minutes later. It's weird and I suspect its the workers just not wanting to hunt for an item and bring it back to the front because I don't really know what else it could be. It happens every time.

That walmart runs a continual 5 finger discount. No way that place is profitable. Customers and employees prob steal half the inventory.
