Yikes! Prayers sent.
Sounds like a trip to The Museum of Hemorrhoidectomy.

And rubber bands. Don’t forget the tiny rubber bands.

Yes a few years ago. I remember eating salads and light food for a few weeks.

I’m on my 1st week after surgery.
It’s getting better but Still excruciating pain after pooping for at least 2-3 hrs, pain goes away then repeat cycle.
On clear fluid/ soup / fruit diet.
Worst experience I’ve ever had in terms of pain.
This surgery is brutal.

Incredibly painful. It's like a giant blood clot that is sensitive as frick (to sit, to shite, to wipe, to walk)

Yep. I heard it. He showed me the "clot." It was about the size of my little toe.

Sitz baths and wiping with antiseptic lotion for a week and I was good.

Of course, this all happened as I was preparing to literally sit for the bar exam.

I've had one. The two worst parts were having a nurse spread your arse cheeks every four hours to change gauze and then not being able to leave until you take a shite. I'm sure there are still scratch marks on the wall of the bathroom I used. Excruciating is exactly right.
