The wife and kids are looking for some things to do in BR for Saturday. Have any of you been to the Halloween parade and is it worth it? Kid friendly? What about Boo at the Zoo or the Ag Center Burden corn maze and bonfire? Are these any good? The zoo thing here in Lafayette sucks so wasn't sure if Baton Rouge's is any better. Any OT advice is appreciated.

I'm intrigued by the hay maze. Thinking about taking my kiddos if it gets good reviews.

Same here. I figure we will either do parade or zoo then go to the maze and check out the bonfire.

Is 13th gate still around? Have not seen any commercials on it.

Part of the route is an alcohol free zone.

I won't be in that section

I didn't know there was a Halloween parade, but if it is downtown and anything like the Mardi Gras or Christmas parades down there, I wouldn't recommend.
